Provide front-line support and occasional sales assistance to English, Spanish, and Russian-speaking drivers and fleet managers in the USA and Canada.
Proactively identify areas for product/service improvements and participate in implementing solutions to increase customer satisfaction, growth, and retention.
Work as a team player with a desire to impact the organization and grow into upper-level positions quickly.

Qualifications:

Fluent, clear, and concise communicator (oral and written) in English, Russian, and Spanish.
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales servicing English-speaking customers.
Tech-savvy with familiarity in basic smartphone/tablet configurations and Helpdesk/CRM software (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.

Additional Information:

Must have a personal computer with a headset and high-speed internet for making/receiving calls from the CRM system.
Familiarity with the trucking/logistics industry is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for growth.
