Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic customer mission and training program that supports corporate strategy.
- Manage calls, process missed and lead/customers calls, and handle tickets.
- Support applications by staying updated, navigating new features, reproducing bugs, and testing before deploy.
Qualifications:
- Must have over 1-year experience in an IT company.
- Must be fluent in Polish, English, and Russian.
- Strong ability to teach, engage, and lead in a remote environment.
