About the role:
- You'll own the product experience for the self-serve journey, from signup through activation and upgrade.
- You'll find and resolve friction points using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
- You'll define and track success metrics for activation, retention, and monetization.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Marketing, CX, and Design to keep the experience consistent across touchpoints.
- Work with Engineering to scope and deliver improvements that reduce time-to-value.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to find what drives conversion and engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary range is $137k–$156k USD, with location-based adjustments for higher cost areas.
