Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join the Care Operations team.
- Our analysts develop a deep understanding of day-to-day performance using data to identify opportunities.
- This role reports to the Director of Business Operations and is highly collaborative.
You Will:
- Lead complex analyses across Care Operations to identify trends and translate ambiguous problems into strategies.
- Monitor business performance and KPIs to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Own analytical and operational workstreams independently and drive measurable improvements.
You Have:
- 6+ years of experience in operations and analytics, preferably at a high-growth DTC company.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Looker, and Tableau.
