About the role:
- First Account Executive on the claims side, selling to TPAs, carriers, and self-insured employers.
- Full-cycle ownership: sourcing, discovery, demo, pilot, procurement, security review, close.
- Work directly with founders and the claims team.
What you'll do:
- Build and run a pipeline from first call to signed agreement.
- Conduct discovery and demos with claims leadership, operations, and IT.
- Scope pilots that prove value on real files.
What we look for:
- 5+ years selling for a TPA or adjacent services.
- Proven track record of beating quota with numbers.
- Existing relationships with claims leadership.
Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary $135k-$175k with uncapped commission.
- Meaningful equity, health, dental, vision, flexible time off.
- Remote within the US with travel and periodic SF office visits.
