Job Description
The Senior Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing the renewals process for our security software products, ensuring high customer retention rates and working with our broader Go To Market team to foster long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in sales, customer success, and/or account management, with specific experience in managing customer renewals and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Manage the renewal process for high-value customer accounts, maintain and strengthen client relationships, proactively address retention challenges, negotiating and optimizing account value. Apply a consultative approach to proactively mitigate churn risks and identify opportunities for account growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Lead renewal pricing and commercial term negotiations. Leverage usage analytics, customer health data, and past renewal behavior to forecast risks and opportunities.
