Job Description

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the ServiceNow SRE team focusing on instance performance, reliability and availability. The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the ServiceNow platform. This is a technical role and requires strong trouble shooting skills as well as strong technical skill. Candidates should be experienced in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This is a nightshift role based anywhere within the republic of Ireland and requires ability to work 4 days (10hours nightshift mostly Wed- Sat)
