Support Frameworks:

- Record system purpose, scope, and business function.
- Develop and publish knowledge base articles.
Governance and Risk Reduction:
- Identify unmanaged or unsupported technologies.
- Promote transparency between ITS and departments.
- Reduce operational risk through proactive documentation.
