Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with transferees to provide timely updates and ensure highest level of customer service.
- Proactively identify potential problems and educate transferees on the move process.
- Update and maintain data integrity in DOS/GSA and JK systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; ability to acquire security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in move management.
- Excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.
