What You'll Do:
- Ensure customer success by delivering timely and effective assistance during EMEA hours.

What You Need:
- Proven customer service experience in SaaS or tech startups.
- Tech savvy and able to explain complex issues simply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a bonus.
