What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end resource planning process to ensure the right people are on the right projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align demand with capacity and maximise profitability.
- Establish governance, reporting, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in resource planning, capacity planning, or professional services operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with revenue forecasting and margin management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
