Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full bidding process, including cost analysis and feasibility assessments.
- Manage existing client contracts and drive up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Actively network within client contacts to generate new business.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Organize client and internal kick-off calls, develop proposals, and deliver strategic sales communications.
- Consult with clients on sample design and business issues, adapting solutions as needed.
- Liaise with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 1-2 years of professional market research experience.
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
