Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full bidding process, including cost analysis and feasibility assessments.
  • Manage existing client contracts and drive up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Actively network within client contacts to generate new business.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Organize client and internal kick-off calls, develop proposals, and deliver strategic sales communications.
  • Consult with clients on sample design and business issues, adapting solutions as needed.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 1-2 years of professional market research experience.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
