Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and deepen relationships with independent agents and financial advisors through disciplined recruiting and business development.
  • Serve as a consultative resource for planning concepts, case design, and strategy positioning, leading with platforms and concepts rather than product-first discussions.
  • Maintain a structured approach to pipeline management, activity tracking, and follow-up while collaborating with internal teams to drive cases from concept through placement.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or advanced planning distribution.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills, with high accountability and self-motivation.
  • Organized approach to managing clients and pipeline; Life & Health license required; Series 6 and 63 preferred.
