Key responsibilities:
- Produce competitive quotations and scope Life Sciences services like linguistic validation and regulatory review.
- Monitor production performance against KPIs, direct resources, and communicate metrics to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead account portfolio team, support audits, and ensure regulated content follows validated processes.
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years managing Life Sciences localization programs in GxP environments.
- Working knowledge of linguistic validation, back translation, regulatory submissions, and quality standards like ISO 17100 and ICH GCP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and client-facing communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
