Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Calabrio WFM components, including Skills, Workloads, and Queues.
- Execute forecasting processes and validate distribution runs.
- Manage the full Change Control lifecycle with ADO and ICM.
Qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in Calabrio Workforce Management.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, scheduling, and configuration.
- Experience with JSON-based configuration and data mapping.
