About The Role:
- Detail-oriented and professional.
- Responsible for coordinating the release and pickup of vehicles.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to vehicle files.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make 100+ calls a day and process 60+ live lots daily.
- Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams.
- Follow all Copart policies and guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
