About the Role:
- Own the end-to-end experience for interns, apprentices, and new graduates.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead design, execution, and continuous improvement of Engineering University Programs.
- Manage program communications, timelines, logistics, and participant support.
What We Look For:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management within talent or employee experience.
- Proven ability to create exceptional participant experiences through cross-functional partnership.
