About the role:
- Work with a broad portfolio of customers, helping them onboard, adopt, and grow their use of ScriptRunner products.
- Maintain a proactive, one-to-many customer success approach, educating users and monitoring customer health.
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding issues and feedback into internal teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of ScriptRunner products across a large portfolio of accounts.
- Proactively engage customers to drive retention, satisfaction, and product utilisation.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value through upsell and cross-sell conversations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence engaging with end users and building strong rapport.
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a customer-first mindset.
