What You’ll Own:

Training and employee development, including monitoring LMS completion and building new content.
Employee engagement and culture through gamification and creative initiatives.
Cross-functional People projects, from updating referral programs to DEI initiatives.

What the First 90 Days Look Like:

Month 1: Learn the landscape, get fluent in tools, identify gaps.
Month 2: Build momentum, audit onboarding, close urgent training gaps.
Month 3: Execute and improve, drive People projects with real ownership.
