This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing tailored support and guidance throughout their job search journey. Responsibilities include: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with candidates to assess their career goals, strengths, and areas for development. Assist candidates in crafting compelling resumes that showcase their skills, experiences, and achievements effectively. Provide detailed guidance on optimizing LinkedIn profiles to enhance visibility and networking opportunities. Conduct mock interviews and offer feedback to help candidates improve their interview performance and confidence. Develop personalized action plans and strategies to support clients in achieving their career objectives. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in resume writing and job search techniques. Collaborate with the broader Outplacement Services team to deliver high-quality support and resources to clients.
