Position Summary:

  • Play a critical role in supporting over 50 veterinary practice locations.
  • Solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide remote support, with occasional travel to local clinics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and account provisioning.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to research and resolve issues independently.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk and Tactical RMM preferred.
