Position Summary:
- Play a critical role in supporting over 50 veterinary practice locations.
- Solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide remote support, with occasional travel to local clinics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and account provisioning.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure Entra.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to research and resolve issues independently.
- Experience with Jira Service Desk and Tactical RMM preferred.
