Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to interviewing to offer negotiations) while maintaining excellent candidate experiences. Elevate internal recruitment processes (tech stack, interview processes, interview training, etc.). Leverage outbound recruitment strategies to identify and connect with passive candidates. Serve as an advisor and partner to hiring managers in order to consistently plan ahead for and execute on internal hiring needs. Leverage market data and employment trends to improve interviewing and hiring practices. Attract great talent by defining and executing on their recruitment marketing strategies, for example, writing job descriptions or using social media to market jobs. Provide recruitment reports to team managers as needed.
