Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategy through Operational Excellence: Architect the "operational spine" for the Patient Group, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and GTM leads to shape strategy and execution.
- Navigate Tradeoffs & Accelerate Growth: Build frameworks for critical decisions, from sizing opportunities to facilitating tradeoff discussions.
- Partner Deeply with Product & Engineering: Work shoulder-to-shoulder to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and drive high-impact execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations in growth-focused roles.
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams with deep product and data intuition.
- Ability to synthesize messy inputs into clear narratives for high-level decisions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay range $169,600-$265,000 plus equity eligibility.

- 13 paid holidays plus a Holiday Break between Dec 25-31.
