What you'll do:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of five Community Fundraisers, providing clear direction, support and motivation.
• Embed a high-performance, collaborative and supporter-focused culture across the team.
• Monitor team performance against targets, using data and insight to identify opportunities and address challenges.

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• A passion for people leadership, with the ability to inspire, motivate and bring out the best in others.
• Experience driving income growth, sales performance or commercial results through a team.
