Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level business reviews, translating performance data into strategic recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring long-term partnership value.
- Drive contract renewal strategy, including pricing discussions and negotiation in partnership with finance and sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or business development with a proven track record of growth and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with executive-level stakeholders and manage a complex book of business.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
