Role Overview:
- You will oversee quality assurance initiatives for the Globe Life Family Heritage Division.
- You ensure all business processes, technology, and customer interactions meet established standards of excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the field force and home office on quality matters.
- Develop and maintain systems, templates, and reports to make quality data actionable.
- Monitor policy lapse rates and KPIs to identify and address issues proactively.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years insurance industry experience required.
- 2+ years managing sales quality and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to drive results through data.
