Day-to-Day:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and enquiries from families.
- Respond quickly to new leads and follow up warm enquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets in phone-based environments.
- Strong closing ability and speed.
- Genuine empathy and emotional maturity.
Roster:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Rest days: Wednesday and Thursday.
Compensation:
- Base salary from $80,000 + super, depending on experience.
