Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting to execution and result control.
- Work with client support team on client protection cases and channel information to the Partner Support Team.
- Analyze statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (C1+) and English (B1+).
- Excellent communication skills and experience in negotiating with contractors and partners.
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel) and advanced user of Google Workspace.
