Business Analyst III, Operational Excellence

About the Role:

• You will join the Operational Effectiveness function within Mission Support as a senior individual contributor.
• You thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity and lead requirements definition for complex initiatives.
• You operate as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior analysts and bridging operational complexity with solution readiness.

What You'll Do:

• Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and process walk-throughs for multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Own end-to-end workflow documentation and future-state design in partnership with Process Improvement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating workshops and serving as primary liaison between business, PMO, Technology, and Data teams.
