About the Role:
- You will own recruiting strategy and execution for data center construction.
- You'll partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and build pipelines.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10+ years of recruiting experience in construction, engineering, or architecture.
- Data center or mission-critical construction recruiting experience is highly preferred.
