The Role:
- You own conversion and time to value, from interest to checkout.
- You build the self-serve door, the upgrade path, and proactive conversion loops.
What You'll Own:
- Self-serve signup, onboarding, trial, checkout, billing, and failed payment recovery.
- In-product upgrades, seat-to-paid, reactivation, and AI-assisted outreach.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated ownership of a conversion or monetization KPI for two-plus years.
- Experience launching self-serve flows, running pricing tests, and instrumenting funnels.
