- Provide first class account management, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Manage revenue retention and growth for client portfolio, aligning with company goals.
- Level up relationships within accounts to ensure sponsorship across the organization.
Program Management:
- Partner with the Client Development Executive on program management support.
- Coordinate Food Operations, reporting metrics, and outcomes tracking.
- Work with Product and Engineering on implementation needs.
Marketing & Data:
- Develop campaigns that drive clinically appropriate telenutrition adoption.
- Interpret and report ROI and clinical metrics to clients.
- Adapt existing marketing materials to client needs and co-create new campaigns.
