Role Mission:

• Oversee the Technical Solutions/Customer Delivery team at the crossroads of Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
• Ensure smooth delivery of our software to enterprise clients, from onboarding to recurrent operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in SaaS implementation or similar roles, ideally in energy, commodity trading, or banking.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and knowledge of scripting (Python preferred).
• Excellent remote communication skills and experience managing a team.
