Primary Duties:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Interpret data to identify trends or discrepancies.
- Support complex initiatives by providing data exports.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as the technical point of contact for Field teams.
- End-to-end execution of sales opportunities in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with the IMD Data Manager.
Systems & Tool Maintenance:
- Own the day-to-day administration of payer data.
- Design and implement workflow improvements.
- Partner with Managers to generate targeted practice lists.
