Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete pre-sales technical experience for MSP and enterprise customers.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop deal strategies and communicate technical value.
- Lead technical conversations with stakeholders across IT and executive levels.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales with enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
- Strong experience working with MSPs and IT service providers.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript).
