What you'll do:
- Source, screen, and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using LinkedIn and outbound channels.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Map talent markets and build and maintain representative candidate pipelines and talent benches.
What you'll bring:
- Relevant experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment, ideally for Account Executive roles in software.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Clear communication and organization skills to manage multiple searches and priorities remotely.
