About The Role:
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for global People SSC processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across regions by leading key initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to global standards while consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute regional and global projects focused on process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Design, document, and implement scalable business processes that align with global standards and evolving business needs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and SLAs; proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Global Support or related position with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Zendesk, PeopleSoft, and Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
