- Ensure proper documentation within the servicing system.
- Monthly payment and disbursement of mortgage insurance premiums due.
- Process all incoming mortgage insurance mail.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of taxing authority due dates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone.
