Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to build recruiting strategies and manage full lifecycle recruiting for Sales roles across APAC.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies across different countries to align on requirements and candidate quality.
- Use data from applicant tracking systems and candidate feedback to manage pipelines and recommend course corrections.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience recruiting high-performing Sales talent and building diverse pipelines across multiple APAC countries.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment and hire strong sales talent, including passive candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset and focus on delivering a high-quality experience.
