Learning & Development Team Lead

About the Role:

• Provide daily leadership of the People Services L&D team, focusing on workload, resource planning, and project oversight.
• Operate remotely and report into the HR Shared Service Centre Lead - EMEA, working with the wider L&D COE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to ensure accurate, high-quality task delivery and optimize performance through resource balancing.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver L&D projects aligned with strategy and business transformation initiatives.
• Oversee L&D systems, process improvements, and escalations, ensuring effective use of LMS and Workday.

Qualifications:

• Background in L&D, HR, or Shared Services with team management experience in a complex global organization.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a remote team while managing competing priorities.
• 5+ years of experience improving operational efficiency and governance, with strong stakeholder management skills.
