This is a fully remote contract role for sourcing candidates for early-stage AI startups.
No minimum hours, quotas, or exclusivity; work as much or as little as you want.
You can work alongside other agencies and place people directly.

Compensation:

Flat fee for every person who signs up through your link and meets a company.
Share of placement fee when someone you referred is hired, paid after guarantee period.
Path to hourly track if consistently strong.

How You Work:

Source however works for you; use your own tools and automation.
See your own candidates and stages; others cannot see yours.
Check if a person is already in the system via LinkedIn or email.

Ideal Candidate:

Operators with a network in AI.
People already doing outbound who want more companies to send candidates to.
Not ideal if you need guaranteed income in month one or prefer handed lists.
