About the Role:
- Lead bilingual talent acquisition strategies to meet immediate and long-term hiring needs across English- and French-speaking markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to advise on sourcing tactics, market insights, and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, evaluation, and selection using Greenhouse ATS and multiple channels.
- Conduct resume reviews, pre-screens, and interviews in both languages, ensuring an equitable process.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in retail or customer-service environments with bilingual hiring.
- Professional proficiency in English and French, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Commitment:
- Salary range of $85,000–$100,000 CAD, with a commitment to equal opportunity and accommodation.
