What You'll Do:

Guide learners in creating third-party vendor accounts and uploading documentation.
Provide guidance on navigating credentialing systems and interpreting requirements.
Communicate with learners via phone, text, and email to resolve issues.

What You Bring:

Minimum two years' experience in credentialing or administrative support.
Demonstrated proficiency in professional communication.
Strong customer service skills with high-volume caseloads.
