Project Scope:

• Support CRM data integrity initiatives to maintain reporting accuracy and revenue visibility.

• Help manage all related workflows.

• Cleaned CRM dataset with validated contracts.
• Summary of the revenue leakage analysis that the candidate worked on.
• Improved case routing workflow documentation.
