About the Role:
- Serve as the first point of escalation for issues related to Sales and Client Management workflows
- Own the intake and execution of ad-hoc data requests to help leadership make real-time decisions
- Partner with GTM Systems & Data to ensure data integrity within Salesforce
What you will do:
- Assist Revenue Operations Managers in the design and documentation of new processes
- Maintain and update recurring performance dashboards to track progress against goals
- Refine and track key performance metrics
The ideal candidate has:
- 2-4 years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, OR 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM strategy role.
- Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
- Business or STEM undergraduate degree required
