What You'll Do:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Commercial and Enterprise SDRs in the US market.
- Own the team's pipeline targets and outbound KPIs.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality opportunity creation.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, with at least 1–2 years managing or leading an SDR team at a B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of building or scaling outbound teams that consistently hit pipeline targets.
- Data-driven mindset.
