About The Role:
- The Project Management Associate role is a unique, high-impact position where you will work with homeowners across the country on large scale, high value home improvement projects.
- The role encompasses the full project lifecycle, from initial lead qualification and closing through to remote project management and completion.
- The role requires expertise in project oversight, client stewardship, and consultative sales.
What You'll Do:
- Kick off projects by responding to warm inbound leads, acting as a consultant and advisor to homeowners to help them define their vision and win their business
- Create new partnerships with Service Providers by demonstrating the value of our program and helping them scale their business through the Real Estate Program.
- Coordinate a high volume of home improvement projects, managing all details from outreach and scheduling to invoicing and resolving customer concerns.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer success, sales or account management (or senior customer service roles)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and outside vendors/partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
