Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill active roles within agreed timelines.
• Screen and shortlist qualified candidates quickly.
• Maintain accurate ATS candidate pipeline and improve candidate-to-interview conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring in Lebanon or similar markets.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting workflows.
