About the Role:
- Support client's healthcare education initiatives focused on chronic disease management.
- Provide administrative and program coordination for planning, execution, and delivery of educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule educational events and meetings, and manage program materials and correspondence.
- Process billing activities and maintain accurate program records.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders in both English and French.
Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in program coordination or customer service is preferred.
