What You'll Be Doing:
- Own end-to-end employee onboarding: device provisioning, configuration, and day-one readiness
- Manage global IT inventory across regions: ensuring accurate tracking of all assets
- Oversee device lifecycle: procurement, distribution, refresh, and decommissioning
L1/L2 Support:
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware: connectivity, and access issues across a distributed team
- Administer MDM (macOS & Windows): enrollment, policies, compliance, and troubleshooting
- Manage SaaS access: (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira), including onboarding/offboarding workflows
What You'll Need:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or IT operations, ideally in a remote or distributed environment
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune)
- Experience managing IT hardware and logistics across multiple locations or countries
